Installation & Equipment

Installation fees and equipment requirements will be discussed before installation.
Equipment provided by AKM must be handled properly; lost or damaged items may incur fees.

Billing & Payments

Bills must be paid on or before the due date.
Unpaid or overdue accounts may be temporarily disconnected.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities such as hacking, fraud, malware distribution, or copyright violations.

Service Interruptions

Service may be interrupted due to power outages, weather, or technical issues beyond AKM’s control. Our team will restore service as quickly as possible.

Updates to Terms

AKM may update these terms when needed. Notice will be given through SMS, email, or website announcements.
